Upon receiving the ordered goods from a courier, the customer is obliged to check:
the integrity of the packaging of the ordered goods;
presence and integrity of a protective sticker on the cap;
signs of breakage or scratches on the packaging;
expiration date;
availability of an issued receipt or other purchase document;
the description of the goods in the purchase document corresponds to the physical
the delivered goods – type, weight, taste, color, size.
When the goods are delivered via a courier of an external company - Econt, the customer has the right to check the contents of the delivery, upon prior request for this service!
When delivering protein bars by Courier to an external company - Econt, "END DIET" Ltd. is not responsible for melted products or goods with a damaged commercial appearance!
If differences are found between what was ordered and what was delivered (type, quantity, taste, size, etc.), the Customer should immediately notify the Courier and has the right to refuse to accept the goods.
The customer may refuse to pay for the received goods if there are any problems or discrepancies listed above!
COMPLAINTS
Complaints regarding orders from Angie's Kitchen are NOT accepted!
Complaints are NOT accepted if the Customer has paid for the goods upon receipt, i.e. the problems described above were not registered by the Customer upon receipt of the goods from the Courier.
COMPLAINTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WHEN THE CUSTOMER:
has placed an order from Angie's Kitchen;
has violated the commercial appearance of the ordered goods, whether intentionally or not;
damaged or missing safety sticker on cap;
damaged packaging (cracked or broken plastic cover, cap);
the product has been consumed;
the product has been stored in an unsuitable place;
expired products;
products with a damaged commercial appearance due to the fault of a courier of an external company - Econt;
Complaints are not accepted without providing a purchase document (receipt, invoice or other).
