How does online consultation work?
Booking an online consultation will help you set your individual goals and achieve them safely with daily weight and food tracking by Dr. Angie Kassabie. Entering Dr. Kasabie’s office, you will clearly outline your goals and achieve them by following your individual diet and following it closely.

1. Overview
The consultation lasts from 25 to 40 minutes.
The first step of the online consultation is a conversation with Dr. Kasabie, in which she collects information about your general condition: height, weight (measured in the morning on an empty stomach), age, diet. Your measurements are taken from the circumference of your hips, waist, chest, shoulders, thighs, biceps, etc. Then Dr. Kasabie will ask you to send her current full-length photos of yourself. You will share what you have been through such as diets, illnesses, allergies... What is your lifestyle, what you want to change and what are your favorite foods.

2. Diet with your favorite foods
There's no need to give up the foods you love.
Based on the online consultation and your list of favorite foods, Dr. Kasabier will create an individual diet plan, which you will receive by email or in another convenient way for you. It includes the dishes you have always dreamed of eating while on a diet. The specialist will answer all your questions about following the program.

3. Daily tracking and motivation
The consultation doesn't end there!
After the first week, follow-up continues. You have the opportunity to explain how you feel, how much weight you have lost, and ask additional questions.
